Ability Enterprises is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work in Resource Recovery and Recycle Markets in the Toowoomba region.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily site operations, lead and support frontline employees, maintain high WHS standards and ensure excellent customer service across Resource Recovery (Shed B) and Recycle Market.

About the role

You'll be responsible for:
Leading and supervising frontline operational teams.
Coordinating daily site operations, workflow and staffing.
Supporting employee training, development and performance.
Promoting a solid safety culture and ensuring site compliance.
Managing customer enquiries and resolving operational issues.
Completing site inspections, records and operational reporting.
Supporting the protected operation of plant and equipment.





About you

We're looking for a practical and confident leader who can bring people together, solve problems and keep things moving.

You'll ideally have:
Experience supervising a frontline or operational team.
Robust communication, leadership and people skills.
A sound understanding of WHS.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
A current Queensland Driver Licence.
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
A current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain.
Experience in waste, recycling, resource recovery, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
