Life Without Barriers is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential care home for children, youth and family. You will lead a team of residential support workers, ensuring a secure, therapeutic workplace and supporting young people to develop life skills, education engagement, and connections with family and community.

The role requires experience in leadership within child, youth and family services, trauma-informed care, and a valid driver’s licence.
