What You’ll Do:

As a Bus Marshal, you play a critical role in ensuring passenger safety and smooth operations.
You will be servicing schools in the Belview Hill, Summer Hill and Strathfield locations
Supervise passengers during transit to maintain order and safety
Assist with boarding and disembarking, particularly children
Enforce and monitor safety procedures and protocols
Communicate clearly with drivers and operations using mobile phones and two-way radios
Provide calm,



clear instructions to passengers when required
Report incidents, issues, or emergencies promptly
Ensure punctuality and readiness for scheduled services
Represent NSBC Group with professionalism, patience, and care

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Patient, calm, and confident managing children and the general public
A explicit and confident communicator
Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented
Comfortable using mobile phones and radios
