What you'll be doing
Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including Financial Agreements, Property Settlements, Divorce, Spousal Maintenance, Intervention Orders (IVOs), Child Support, de facto & same-sex relationships, and surrogacy and complex parenting matters
Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents
Representing clients in court proceedings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism
Contributing to the growth and development of the firm

What we're looking for
Minimum of 3+ years PAE as a Family Lawyer, with a strong understanding of family law legislation and court processes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to handle sensitive and complex legal matters with compassion
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience in representing clients in court proceedings
Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide sound legal advice and solutions
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and a track record of building long-term client relationships
L.I.V. Specialist Family Law Accreditation, or a robust desire to pursue accreditation, will be highly regarded
