Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to welcome guests across dining venues with friendly, skilled service. Shifts mainly during dinner service, rostered 2pm–11pm, with emphasis on team collaboration and guest satisfaction.

You will work in a rapid-paced setting at a premier Melbourne hotel, focusing on quality presentation, hygiene, and guest experience across restaurant, bar, café, and events.
