CreditorWatch is seeking an AR Specialist to support Collect Call Assist, helping businesses resolve overdue invoices and strengthen cash flow. You will engage customers directly, follow up on payments, and navigate disputes in a rapid-paced, customer-centric workplace.

You will report to the Principal Product Manager in a part time (4 days) hybrid role based at the Sydney CBD Office, collaborating with Product, Implementation and Sales to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
