Snowy Hydro is seeking an Onboarding Lead for the Snowy 2.0 project in Cooma, NSW. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to mobilise, onboard, train, and ensure workforce compliance before deployment, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.

You will own housing logistics, site access, licenses, medical clearances, and project events, driving continuous improvement with digital tooling to elevate the candidate experience on a large infrastructure program.
