We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to providing high-quality education and care, building solid relationships with children and families, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Create a protected, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s wellbeing and development
Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Observe, document, and assess children’s learning to inform curriculum decisions
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children’s daily routines, transitions, and individual needs




Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistent practices across the service
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), service policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including learning stories and observations
Contribute to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and team meetings
Support and mentor less experienced educators where required
Maintain a skilled approach aligned with the service’s philosophy and values

Essential requirements
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
