Telstra is seeking a part time Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to support customers in-store in Australia. You will help customers select products, activate services, and troubleshoot basic issues, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll work with a team to meet sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining Telstra’s high standards of customer care and store performance. Adaptable schedule and employee discounts are part of the role.
