Transmax is seeking a Technical Support Officer to deliver frontline and escalated support for ITS customers in a rapid-paced workplace. You will triage issues, coordinate responses, and contribute to ongoing reliability of customer systems.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Linux settings, plus experience with ITSM tools and documentation. A tertiary IT qualification and ITIL familiarity are desirable.
