Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) invites applications for the Site Manager, Packforce at our Wetherill Park site in NSW. You will lead a busy packing, assembly and labeling operation that employs people with disability, delivering high‑quality services to a diverse range of clients.

You will balance commercial outcomes with a supportive workplace, oversee rostering and workforce planning, manage budgets, and develop staff while building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
