Queensland Government's State Valuation Service seeks a Senior Valuer in the Wide Bay region. You will lead a small team, overseeing a substantial valuation workload and delivering statutory and client valuations.

The role includes resolving objections, preparing Land Court briefs, and appearing as an expert witness when needed. You will maintain stakeholder relationships, advise on complex land matters, and drive recent valuation processes and tools to improve service delivery and capability
