Cater Care Group is seeking a Chef Manager to lead daily kitchen operations at Sisters of Mercy in Brisbane. In this part time role (30 hours per week), you’ll oversee bulk cooking, prepare nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs, and ensure food safety standards are met.

A resident-first service mindset and robust leadership are essential. You’ll bring a recognised trade qualification in commercial cookery and a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate, with experience in aged
