Thetops is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as Quality and Education Lead in NSW. You will work with leadership, clinical and care teams to strengthen quality, education and workforce capability while ensuring residents feel heard and valued.

You will lead audits, education programs and continuous improvement, driving compliant practice under the current standards and creating meaningful reports to support residents’ outcomes.
