MCA Engineering in Parkes NSW is seeking an experienced WHS&E; Manager to lead safety, quality, health, and environmental systems across mineral, energy, and infrastructure projects. This full time role manages the IMS, policy development, risk assessments, and incident response, with travel to other branches and sites.

You will work with the SHEQ Advisor, directors, and supervisors to implement protected systems of work, monitor ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
