Kong is scaling rapidly and seeks a Sr Sales Recruiter to own hiring strategy for Enterprise and Commercial AEs and sales leaders in APAC. You will audit candidates for deal mechanics and DNA to close six-figure deals in a rapid-paced scale-up workplace.
You will partner with APAC Sales Leaders, run deep-dive competency interviews, and build a pipeline of elite sales talent, mapping competitor organisations and running targeted headhunting campaigns.
