BlueCare seeks a Practice Lead to join its Clinical Care Governance and Risk team in Queensland. You will embed the Quality framework to improve Consumer Experience and drive Continuous Improvement across residential services, reviewing policies and tools to support protected, best-practice care.

You will lead with robust communication, policy development, and regulatory knowledge, enabling learning across the organisation and travel to locations in Queensland as needed.
