TR3 Recruitment invites applications for an experienced Nurse Mentor to lead a residential aged care team in Cairns, QLD. This full time role focuses on mentoring, resident care and clinical outcomes with Monday–Friday day/afternoon shifts, no weekends.

Relocation support may be available for the right candidate. You will require unrestricted Div 1 RN registration with AHPRA, robust clinical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs to deliver high-quality, person-centred
