Freedom Care Group is seeking a compassionate Family Time Supervisor to support supervised family contact sessions across Dorset. You will help children spend time safely, observe interactions, and produce explicit, impartial reports to support families and safeguarding processes.

The role requires Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care and Maths/English, experience with families, and a calm, skilled approach in challenging situations.
