Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager to lead the Harbord Diggers Club in Freshwater, NSW on a permanent full time basis. You will oversee daily operations across Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, Dock & Cellar, and Kitchen, ensuring memorable guest experiences.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage rosters, ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and safety regulations, handle customer issues, and drive continuous service improvements.
