Merivale, a family-owned hospitality group with 90 venues across Australia, is seeking passionate Baristas for venues in Sydney such as Ivy Coffee Shop and Coogee Pavilion. You will bring energy, coffee expertise and a guest-first attitude to a busy, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include delivering consistent coffee, leading by example, and supporting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and delivering service excellence.
