AIA Australia is seeking a P&C; Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights team in Sydney. You will support workforce reporting, governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives across People & Culture, partnering with the People Intelligence team.

You will deliver accurate reports, validate data quality and maintain governance records, remuneration data and system knowledge to support decision making in a rapid-paced setting.
