Environmental Management Unit (EMU) is a leading ecological restoration business delivering bushland maintenance, large-scale revegetation and land management projects across SEQ. The Leading Hand will run a small field crew (2–4 workers), conduct morning briefings, and take ownership of site outcomes, upholding safety and restoration quality.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on bush regeneration experience, robust in office leadership, and proficiency with mobile reporting tools.
