Coates is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR support for the East Business Unit (NSW & ACT) and Asset Services, based in Ingleburn. You will partner with ELT and 54 branches, shaping HR policy, workforce planning and risk management across a busy, matrix organisation.

You will bring 10+ years of HR generalist/partner experience, solid industrial relations knowledge, and a team-oriented leadership style to drive the HR agenda and safety culture.
