Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational requests.
Participate in cross-department rotation to understand operational processes.
Requirements
Customer service, operations support experience in Financial Services market.
Robust service mindset and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
