Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is seeking a Reservations Agent on a casual basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle phone and digital inquiries, and coordinate reservations and requests to deliver a seamless guest experience.
The role requires robust customer service skills, English fluency, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace. Prior hotel experience and familiarity with Opera PMS are highly regarded.
