BaptistCare is seeking a passionate and creative Chef to lead a kitchen that lights up residents with outstanding food. Based at Prestons, Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home, this role focuses on warmth, connection and moments created through meals.

You’ll design menus with residents, mentor a team, uphold HACCP standards and step in as Head Chef when the senior chef is away. The role offers work/life balance, growth opportunities and rewards driven by a not-for-profit organisation.
