HMG Hardchrome is seeking applications from experienced, trade-qualified Fitter/Machinists for a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand role within our Production Department (Large Line) in Brisbane. You will provide day‑to‑day leadership, coordinate floor workflow, uphold safety, and ensure production targets and quality are met in a busy workshop.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the Production Supervisor, offering a explicit path to step into a key leadership position within production.
