Darling Downs Health is seeking a Home Care Worker to help older people stay independent at home across Toowoomba. You’ll provide practical support, maintain dignity and build trusted relationships within the community.
You’ll work in a supportive team, delivering person-centred care, monitoring wellbeing, and adapting to changing client needs. A current C Class licence, First Aid/CPR, and robust communication are required. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is preferred.
