Novotel Newcastle Beach is seeking a Full time Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes that delight guests across our restaurant and conference spaces, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

This role starts early (5.30am) with mornings, with mid and evening shifts. You should hold a trade cooking qualification, have Australian work rights, and bring a cooperative, safety‑minded mindset to a busy kitchen setting.
