We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant/Career Paralegal to join our Parramatta office and become a key part of our friendly team. Supporting a Partner you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and service they deserve, while keeping her practice running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide day-to-day support to our legal team, including diary and file management
Liaise with clients and external parties
Draft, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence
Booking of medical appointments and conferences for clients
Coordinate the flow of documents and medical reports
What We Are Looking For
You’ll bring a proactive approach and a genuine desire to help others. Ideally, you will also have:
Worked as a legal assistant at Partner level in the area of personal injury
Solid knowledge across workers compensation and common law personal injury
Robust skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Fast and accurate typing
Great phone manner and written communication
The ability to juggle priorities and work independently
Strong attention to detail and a team-focused mind-set
