House Made Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Island Radio & Vitelli's Upstairs in Redfern. You will support day-to-day operations, lead a hospitality team, manage reservations and guest experience, and work with leadership on staff development and service standards.

Ideal candidates have prior FOH leadership experience, robust communication, and a passion for food and drink. RSA certification and a calm, proactive mindset are key in this role.
