Global fashion retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-turnover, large-format operation in Melbourne. You will oversee a team of 43, including Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers, with a focus on succession planning and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will drive commercial performance, operational efficiency and people development, taking full ownership of a multimillion-dollar store and aligning with senior operational leadership for long-term growth.
