Turner Talent is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Hendra.

What's on Offer
$50–$55 per hour during the initial labour-hire period.
$50–$52 per hour upon transitioning to permanent full time employment.
Consistent day shift, 6am–2pm, with overtime available.
Genuine temp-to-permanent opportunity within 6 months.

About the Role




Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across industrial plant and equipment.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimise operational downtime.
Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
Identify prospects to improve maintenance practices and operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain a protected and productive workplace.

What We're Looking For
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong mechanical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance requirements.
A reliable, safety-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
