Rio Tinto’s Boyne Smelter in Gladstone is seeking a Senior Adviser Finance to provide strategic financial partnership and performance insight to operational and senior leaders. You will drive cost leadership, shape investment decisions and coordinate monthly reporting and JV communications.

You’ll collaborate with the Finance team to deliver robust forecasts, manage costs and support business planning, capital portfolio reviews and transformation initiatives in a agile mining setting.
