About the role

You will be involved in a broad range of matters, including:
Dust diseases litigation, including asbestos and silicosis claims
Complex public liability and personal injury disputes
Workers' compensation and workplace-related claims
Insurance indemnity and policy interpretation matters
Advising on liability, causation and complex medical evidence
Acting for clients across construction, manufacturing, transport, resources and government sectors

The ideal candidate
Admitted lawyer (2 – 5 years PQE)



with experience in defendant insurance litigation, workers’ compensation or dust diseases
Demonstrated ability to manage matters with increasing independence and confidently engage with clients
Strong drafting, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice with a significant volume of active matters
A commercial approach and robust attention to detail
An interest in developing specialist expertise within insurance litigation
