Dreamerlabs is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead in Sydney to own the end-to-end customer journey, guiding users from consideration to checkout through email and in-product messaging. You will turn free users into paying subscribers and nurture loyal, long-term users.

You will blend creativity with analytics to improve retention, reduce churn, and maximise LTV, building automated journeys and segmentation while shipping impactful changes from day one.
