You will lead a high-performing HR team, partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational design, and manage industrial and employee relations to lift performance and safety culture.

Reporting to the VP Operations, you will drive talent development, investigations, and compliance while embedding the company values across a complex heavy industry setting.
