Silverchain is seeking an experienced community nurse to join our Specialist Palliative Care Service. Based in Maddington with coverage across Perth South Metro, the role supports clients at home, providing comprehensive assessments and holistic care with an interdisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years post-grad nursing experience, a focus on palliative care, current AHPRA registration, and a WA driver’s license.
