Contract Administrator – 3 + Month Contract

Location:Parramatta Area, Sydney
Duration:3 Month Contract +
Payment: Competitive day rate - paid weekly

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-regarded Tier 2 contractor known for delivering Commercial & Residentialprojects across multiple Australian states. With a proven track record of success in complex developments, this organisation is recognised for its robust project delivery, supportive culture, and outstanding staff retention.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage contracts from inception to closeout, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Advise project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and resolution strategies.
Monitor contract performance, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal and Finance, to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
Maintain thorough contract records, documentation, and reporting.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline contract processes.




Experience in the residential OR commercial space is highly desired

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related discipline.
5+ years of contract administration experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build stakeholder trust.
Proven capability in managing multiple concurrent contracts with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-paced workplace.
Substantial experience in Tier 2+ high-rise mixed-use residential is required.
