You will coach staff, help recruit and train current hires, and support daily operations in a rapid-paced retail environment ahead of a recent store opening in Chadstone in November 2026.

The role emphasizes people leadership, KPI-driven performance, inventory control and a strong customer focus across weekly product launches and promotions.
