TAFE NSW External is seeking an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist to deliver end-to-end ADR services across NSW. The role focuses on resolving workplace conflicts, coaching managers and employees, and driving best-practice ADR outcomes in a culturally protected, collaborative environment.

The position is temporary full time (35 hours per week) until February 2028, with location negotiable across NSW campuses and a market-competitive salary package including superannuation and annual leave loading.
