Northern Adelaide Local Health Network seeks a Senior Exercise Physiologist to deliver a specialist visiting service from GP Plus Elizabeth, supporting dialysis patients to build strength, function and quality of life within their community. The role is part time (7.5 hours per week), ongoing, and sits within the Intermediate Care Service.

You will work with renal physicians, nurses, dietitians, podiatrists, social workers and other colleagues to provide coordinated, patient‑centred care that
