Total Tools & Hardware Group, part of Metcash, is seeking a Retail Trainer to upskill store teams across South Australia and Western Australia. In this hands-on role you’ll deliver face-to-face and virtual training, coach staff on customer service and sales, and develop practical learning resources that translate to better in-store performance.

You’ll work with store leaders to identify capability gaps, onboard recent team members, and travel regularly across both states.
