Laurence Coatings is a Newcastle-based painting and decorating company seeking an organised administrator to keep our jobs running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this part time role (20 hours per week), you’ll set up jobs in Fergus, book and schedule crews, send confirmations, and manage quotes and invoicing using Xero. Based at our Mayfield West office, you’ll help build templates and workflows to keep operations productive.
