Mitolo Family Farms is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead demand, supply and commercial planning across seasonal, quarterly, monthly and weekly cycles. You will align finance, sales, marketing, farms and production to deliver optimal outcomes.

You will bring together sales demand, farm supply season plans and operations site plans, ensuring priorities and deadlines are understood by all stakeholders and resolving conflicts in pursuit of EBITDA growth.
