Piped Up Plumbing is a growing plumbing company specialising in residential construction, medium-density developments, and drainage works across Melbourne's south-east.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent part-time / Casual basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent weel;y work with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Payroll processing
Customer invoicing and progress claims through Simpro
Bank and account reconciliations
Credit card and transaction reconciliation
Monitoring and managing outstanding debtor balances
Supplier payment processing
Assisting with month-end reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero and Simpro
General bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience
Previous bookkeeping experience
Strong knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
Experience using Simpro (preferred)




Experience processing payroll and STP reporting
Understanding of construction or trade-based invoicing processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently

Hours

Approximately 2 days per week.

Start and finish times are versatile and can be arranged to suit school drop-offs and pick-up, provided the required work is completed.
