Baptist World Aid Australia is hiring a Supporter Engagement Officer to be the friendly first contact for supporters. You will handle calls, emails and enquiries, keep records in our CRM, and process donations securely, while greeting visitors and supporting appeals.

We offer hybrid work arrangements and a part time option (Thursday & Friday 0.4 FTE), with salary sacrificing and a range of advantages to support your career development and wellbeing.
