Wollongong Private Hospital in Wollongong NSW seeks a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-point-of-contact IT support for our Ramsay Health Care IT users. You will diagnose incidents, resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain explicit communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.

Requirements include 1–3 years in IT support, experience with Meditech and Workday, and a robust sense of teamwork. On-call duties and a commitment to service excellence are essential.
