An established and growing organisation is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join its finance team on a permanent part time basis. This is a newly created role in a friendly, supportive team, ideal for an experienced finance skilled wanting genuine flexibility in a permanent position.

What you’ll be doing
Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
Completing reconciliations and supporting month end
Raising invoices and following up payments
Responding to routine finance queries by phone and email
General finance administration and process documentation
About you
5+ years in an assistant accountant, finance officer, bookkeeping or accounts role
Strong AP and invoicing experience
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident with accounting systems. ERP and cloud accounting experience highly regarded
Intermediate Excel
